The Liberty Family
Ehrhardt Durham Liberty EX-8*, a daughter of the RAWF Grand Champion Idee Lustre EX-95-3E, was purchased in 2005 with John Hunyady. Liberty produced 4 EX daughters and is also the Granddam of Bosdale Gold Luster who was sold to Quality Holsteins as a fresh 2YR old. The offspring of Durham Liberty have been a big part of our show strings, continuing the Luster family tradition year after year.
Bosdale Shottle Liberty EX-96-4E is a complete package cow - high scoring, High producing, Long lasting, accomplished in the show ring and a 13* brood cow. Her show career was kick started by winning the 5 year old class at Autumn opportunity in 2015. In another year she was reserve grand champion at the same show and also nominated for All-Canadian production cow. In 7 lactations she produced 117,000 KG milk 4.6% F 3.1% P. 8 of her daughters have scored EX to date with Bosdale Fever Liberty achieving EX-93-2E and completing 6 consecutive Superior Lactations for a total of 109,000 KG 5% BF.
